Every wall is straight with square corners — the stepped entry foyer, the L-shaped Salón, and the offset stairwell shaft keep their real adjacency without any diagonals — with every dimension label carried over exactly as marked. Reading note — the small colored square in each room's corner is the marker color from the original sketch — it's not a room-type code (green marks four separate bedrooms), only a tag to keep that source detail on the page; the table below lists it separately from what the room actually is. Every wall runs straight, with 90° corners throughout the outer perimeter — no diagonals. Three shapes are stepped rather than plain boxes (all still straight-walled): the entry foyer, the offset stairwell shaft, and the L-shaped Salón with its sofa alcove. Doors are cut into the walls with real openings (swing arcs where the sketch showed one, plain gaps at the kitchen's open pass-through and the lift's sliding door), and windows break the exterior walls. Dimensions are copied as written (apostrophe used as decimal point, e.g. "3'4m" → 3.4m).
